What this covers

This policy explains how Monetix Solutions handles personal data on mexoerp.com and in Mexo ERP and Mexo Typing Suite.

What we collect

Details you give us when you request a demo or sign up (name, company, email, phone, country); account and billing details; and the business data you and your users enter into Mexo, which may include your customers' personal details and documents.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to set up and run your account, to bill you, to keep the service secure and to tell you about important changes. We do not sell personal data.

Your customers' data

For the business data you put into Mexo, you are in control and we act on your instructions as your service provider. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run Mexo: cloud hosting and databases (Render), file storage (Cloudflare), card payments (Stripe) and email delivery. They only use the data to provide their service to us.

Where it is stored

Data may be stored and processed outside your country by these providers, with safeguards appropriate to the service.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, or longer where the law requires records to be kept.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us. Some data may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
